Likewise, resellers need to ensure that the solutions they provide are based upon market leading products that fully support cloud and mobile platforms, thereby securing their ongoing sales revenue streams.
Partners therefore need to find alternative solutions to meet their growing customer demands—solutions that are faster to implement and more agile—to accommodate constant business and technological changes, and allow them to build alternative value-added solutions to maintain their market relevance and business value. They are therefore seeking out alternative software vendors who have proven cloud-based market-leading solutions with clear product and business roadmaps that will enable them to secure their own business futures.
We are a rare cloud solutions software vendor in that we are focused on key vertical markets targeting service-based organizations. We can provide the underpinning infrastructure that spans on-premise and cloud, and provides these organizations with scalable options and proven references. Systems recommenders such as Accenture, PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. also need to respond to these market forces, and we are increasingly being included as a viable alternative in system selection recommendations alongside traditional Tier One software vendors.
